Delays in providing required materials may affect timelines.
5. Payments and Fees

Unless otherwise stated:
- Payments are non-refundable once work has begun
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Ongoing services may be paused or terminated for non-payment
Ownership of deliverables may remain with EastCoastWeb.work until payment is received in full.
6. Intellectual Property

- Custom website code and design developed specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment
- We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio
- Pre-existing tools, frameworks, internal systems, and proprietary processes remain our intellectual property
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any content they provide (images, logos, text, etc.).
7. Third-Party Tools & Services
We may integrate third-party services such as:

- Advertising platforms
- Email or CRM systems
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or disruptions caused by third-party providers.
